I work with clients to achieve their goals in a private, therapeutic setting. My therapeutic training has very specific applications, with an emphasis on breath work and nervous system regulation.
I have trained with Neal Pearson through Pain BC to deliver yoga for pain care. I regularly work with clients in chronic pain to help them sustain mobility, range of motion and functional movement.
I also have completed training through Langara College in therapeutic yoga for trauma, resilience and emotional well being. I deliver an approach to the sessions that focus on increased body awareness and learning tools for self-regulation, mood management, and mindfulness.
