a four-week series

This series is suitable for those who are brand new to yoga as a great starting point for their practice. Here, you will build the confidence to progress into the other classes our studio offers. It is also suitable for anyone who wishes to build a stronger foundation of the basics

This workshop series will provide you with the foundational tools of a Vinyasa Yoga practice. You will learn the fundamental shapes as well as transitions that are essential to the practice. Jen will guide you through an educational experience where questions are encouraged and the learning environment is intimate to allow for lots of one on one assistance. Class size will be limited to 6.including: anatomical alignment, stabilization, the art of deeper breathing and linking movement to breath.

The topics for the 4 weeks, respectively, will be:
Week 1 - Foundations
Week 2 - Transitions
Week 3 - Enhancing Postural Alignment
Week 4 - Integration & Practice
