You float, breathe, stretch, relax, and breathe again. On the water. You are outside the world and completely part of it. It's magical.
There is nothing quite like moving my body fluidly with the ocean beneath me, the fresh air around me, and a saltwater breeze on my skin. I adore the practice of yoga on the ocean and would love for you to join me.
