SUP Yoga Teacher Training
Change up your regular Wednesday night yoga classes -- and get a tan while you're at it.
You float, breathe, stretch, relax
and breathe again ~
With Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga, you are on top of the water, and yet completely part of it.
It's the ultimate yoga playtime mixed with the best (floating) savasana of a lifetime, sprinkled with a bit of splashing, the wind on your face and the sun on your skin.
This 24-hour course takes place over a 3 day weekend in Brentwood Bay on Vancouver Island.
Here's what you'll learn:
You'll master basic and advanced SUP and rescue skills -- so that you're prepared for anything that can happen on the water.
Class setup, organization and equipment logistics -- we'll do a lot of this so that you have the skills you need to teach your own SUP Yoga classes with confidence.
We'll also talk a lot about environmental considerations and how to assess the weather and water conditions for optimal safety and enjoyment -- so that you have a rad time teaching and your students rave about your classes.
There will be a lots of group discussion around the business of yoga -- specifically how to plan and promote a successful SUP Yoga program.
You'll get plenty of opportunity to design classes and
practice teaching them --
leaving you feeling fearless and ready to rock your own classes on thew water by the time your course is complete.
